Hunza Pure LED Tilting Eave Light 6W - Copper - Low Voltage

The Hunza Pure LED Tilting Eave Light 6W in copper is a recessed downlight with a movable head and a brighter 6 watt LED, built to aim a stronger beam onto a specific feature rather than simply washing light straight down.

Solid copper finish

• The visible face is solid copper, one of Hunza's genuine solid metal finishes.
• Expect the copper to darken and develop a natural patina outdoors as it weathers, which is normal ageing for this finish.
• Colour swatches are available on request, since screen colours are only ever a guide.

How it works

• This fitting has a tilting eyeball head that rotates a full 360 degrees and adjusts through around 25 degrees of tilt, unlike Hunza's fixed Eave Light range.
• The integrated Cree LED chip is rated at 600 lumens from 6 watts, with a CRI of 90+ at 3000K.
• Colour temperature can be specified from 2200K to 4000K, and beam angle from 15 to 60 degrees.
• The fitting is 60mm in total length with a 40mm recessed body, an 88mm flange lip and a 72mm cutout, supplied with a 1 metre cable.
• This is a low voltage fitting wired in series, needing a compatible remote driver, sold separately, rather than a transformer.
• It is IP66 rated and dimmable if a suitable dimmable driver is used. A 3W version of this tilting light is also available if a smaller, more compact accent is what you need.

Where it works best

• Gable ends and angled soffits where a stronger beam is needed to reach further up a wall.
• Washing taller feature walls, chimneys or facades from above.
• Pergolas, garden rooms and covered decks where a brighter, adjustable accent light is called for.

Our experience with Hunza

Moonlight Design has supplied Hunza's outdoor range since 2003. We usually recommend the 6W tilting fitting over the 3W when the feature being lit is taller or further from the fitting, and needs a bit more punch to reach it properly.

• The LED chip is integrated and Cree branded, replaceable if it ever fails, so there is no separate lamp to buy.

• Warranty is 10 years on the fitting and 5 years on the LED.
