A Copper Hood Over a Ring of Soft Light

Picture a small copper umbrella fixed to the wall beside your front door, spilling a ring of warm light around it. That is the Hunza Pure LED Tier Light Wall Mount in solid copper. It lights a full 360 degrees on the horizontal plane without throwing light upwards, which makes it a natural choice for porches and entranceways. This version is low voltage.

Solid Copper That Weathers With You

The body is solid copper, not a coating, and Hunza designs it to be left outdoors to weather. When new it is bright and warm, then it slowly deepens to brown and eventually to a soft green, much like old copper guttering. That change is part of the appeal and is not a fault. Returns are accepted within 14 days if the fitting is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

How It Works

• An integrated Cree XHP-50-2 LED on a plug and play, field replaceable board, with a CRI of 90 or more at 3000K.
• Hunza rates the fitting at 510 lumens at 1050mA (about 6.4 watts), roughly 85 lumens per watt, with a life of 50,000 hours to L70.
• Choose 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K at the point of order.
• Low voltage, wired in series at 1050mA with a remote constant current LED driver that is sold separately.
• Dimmable with a suitable dimmable driver.
• Rated IP66, with a 10 year warranty on the solid copper and 5 years on the LED electronics.
• A mains version, the Tier Light Wall Mount Retro, has an integral driver and runs from 120 to 240V mains.

Questions People Ask

Does the light go upwards as well?
No. It provides 360 degrees of light on a horizontal plane without projecting vertical light.

Will the copper keep its shiny colour?
No. Solid copper is made to weather, shifting from bright copper to brown and then a soft green over time.

Does it need a driver?
Yes. This low voltage version is installed in series with a remote driver, sold separately.

Is it weatherproof?
Yes. Hunza rates it IP66, so it is designed for outdoor use on an exterior wall.
