Hunza Pure LED Step Light Powder Coat

A Discreet Ground Level Light in Your Choice of Colour

Steps, paths and paved edges all look better with a little light at foot height. The Hunza Pure LED Step Light is a compact round fitting that sits flush in masonry, stone or wood and sends a low wash of light across the surface ahead. This low voltage version is made in powder coated aluminium, so you can pick a colour to blend in with the stonework or timber around it. The Cree LED chip is built in.

Seven Powder Coat Colours

The colour is baked onto the aluminium, and you can choose from Black, Dark Grey, White, Birch, Bronze, Olive Green and Silver Star. Colours on screen are indicative only, so ask us for swatches if you want to compare them against your own materials. Matt Black and Matt Bronze can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Matt Olive Green, Matt White, Matt White Birch, Matt Dark Grey and Matt Silver Star are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

How It Works

The round flange is 88mm across and 7mm deep, with a recessed body 63.5mm in diameter and 68.5mm long. The cut out size is 63.5mm.
Mounting holes are standard. If you fit it in a canister you will not need them.
Cree LED chip, 600 lumens from 6 watts at 1050mA, CRI of 90 or more at 3000K, with serviceable parts.
Order in 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, with a beam angle of 15, 25, 38 or 60 degrees.
Low voltage, wired in series, so a remote LED driver is needed and is sold separately. Use a suitable dimmable driver if you want to dim it.
1m of cable supplied. Rated IP67 and covered by a 5 year warranty.

Where It Works Best

Rendered or painted walls, where a matching colour keeps the fitting low key
Garden steps and landings, one light per riser
Block paved drives and patios, as edge markers
Dark timber or slate, where a black or dark grey finish disappears into the surface

Lighting Schemes Planned and Installed by Moonlight Design

Moonlight Design has worked with Hunza since 2003. We design lighting schemes for gardens, supply Hunza fittings and install them. Our Design Service page has photographs of our own completed schemes and shows how we plan, draw up and install them with NICEIC registered electricians.
