A Low Profile Light for Decks, Rails and Posts
The Hunza Pure LED Mini Bollard is a small, unobtrusive luminaire that gives soft pools of light on decks, railings and posts without shouting about itself. An acrylic lens sends light out at two angles through an anti glare mesh, part of it straight down onto the ground and part of it horizontally across the surrounding landscape. This low voltage version has an integrated Cree LED chip, and the parts are serviceable.
Brushed Marine Grade Stainless Steel
This bollard is made from marine grade 316 stainless steel, which keeps a consistent brushed look through the seasons. In some environments stainless can pick up a light surface tarnish, and a regular wash keeps that in check. If you would rather have a finish that ages, the same fitting is also made in copper and in powder coated aluminium.
How It Works
- The lens throws light down and out at the same time, so you see the ground and the planting around it.
- An integrated Cree LED chip gives 120 lumens at 700mA from 2 watts, with a CRI of 90 or more at 3000K.
- Choose from 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K colour temperatures when you order.
- Diameter 63.5mm and height 95mm, supplied with 1m of cable.
- Low voltage and wired in series, so it needs a remote LED driver, sold separately.
- Dimmable when paired with a suitable dimmable driver.
- Rated IP66 with a 10 year warranty, and 5 years on the LED.
- It must be fixed onto a solid substrate such as timber or concrete.

- Along the edge of a timber deck, to show where the boards finish
- On railings and fence posts beside steps
- Marking a low path or boundary where a taller bollard would feel too much
- Close to seating areas, where a gentle low level glow is all you need
