A Deck Mount Pure LED Light in Marine Grade Stainless Steel

The Hunza Pure LED Lawn Light Deck Mount is designed to sit in timber decking instead of turf, standing up to foot traffic without cracking or working loose. A marine grade 316 stainless steel flange sits over a powder coated aluminium body below the deck, and the LED is part of the fitting.

Marine Grade Stainless Steel Flange

The flange is 316 stainless steel, the grade used in marine and coastal fittings for its resistance to corrosion. It keeps a consistent silver finish rather than developing a patina, which suits contemporary decking or gardens near the coast. The body beneath it, recessed into the decking, is powder coated aluminium.

How It Works

• Its Cree LED chip is rated at 600 lumens and 6 watts at 1050mA, with a CRI of 85 or above at 3000K.
• The beam can be 15, 25, 38 or 60 degrees and the light 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, specified when ordering.
• The body is 140mm across and 86mm long, the flange 165mm across and 10mm deep, and the cut out 140mm. 1m of cable is included.
• Wire it in series to a remote LED driver, which is sold separately.
• It will dim when run from a suitable dimmable driver.
• Carries an IP68 rating, but not for pools or ponds, and a 10 year warranty with 5 years on the LED.
• The halogen Deck Mount Stainless Steel Lawn Light is the option for a replaceable MR16 lamp.

Built for timber decking rather than lawn: coastal terraces, raised decks, and anywhere the salt air or foot traffic makes stainless steel the practical choice, where the buyer also wants the lower running cost of an integrated LED.

Will this suit a coastal deck?
Yes. The 316 stainless steel flange is the marine grade used for its resistance to salt spray and damp.

Is a transformer needed?
No. The power comes from a Hunza remote LED driver, wired in series.

Is it safe to walk across?
Yes. It sits flush in timber decking and is made to take regular foot traffic.

Can the colour temperature be altered after buying?
No. Choose between 2200K and 4000K, and a beam angle, at the time of ordering.

Is there a halogen version?
Yes. The Deck Mount Stainless Steel Lawn Light uses the same construction but takes a separate, replaceable Hunza approved MR16 LED lamp instead of an integrated chip.
