Copper Set Level With the Ground

Fitted flush into paving, the Hunza Pure LED Flush Floor Light in copper leaves only a warm metal ring and a glass lens at ground level. Hunza designed it to sit level with a pathway, hotel floor or building foyer, so there is no lip to trip over and water does not pool on the lens. It can be walked upon or driven over, and it arrives with its own canister. The LED board is built in, and this version is low voltage.

Solid Copper That Deepens Over Time

The body, end cap and flange are solid copper, CNC machined and left as an unpainted natural finish. Hunza describes the colour moving from a salmon sheen through russet browns and greys to a blue green or grey green patina, which binds tightly to the surface and protects it. Scratches do not shorten the life of the metal, because new patina redevelops over them. Prefer a steady look? Choose the 316 stainless steel version.

How It Works

Suitable for light vehicle use: maximum drive over speed 10km/h (6 mph) and maximum vehicle weight 1500kg (3300lb).
The lens is 10mm extra clear, low iron, shatter resistant glass, set flush. The beam is shaped by a field replaceable PMMA TIR optic.
A Cree XHP-50-2 plug and play field replaceable LED board gives 600 lumens at 1050mA (6 watts), with CRI 90 or more at 3000K and a rated life of 50,000 hours to L70.
Colour temperature can be 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K. Beam angles run 15, 25, 38 and 60 degrees, with clear or frosted lens options.
The canister measures 83mm by 137.5mm and the flange is 104mm across and 9mm deep. Cut out size is 83mm, and 1m of cable is supplied.
The luminaire pushes into the canister and is held by a silicone O ring. The canister is then cast into concrete, concrete block or brick. The copper luminaire weighs 2kg.
It runs at low voltage, wired in series with a remote constant current LED driver, sold separately. Each fitting needs 6V DC at up to 1050mA.
Dimmable when you use a suitable dimmable driver.
IP67 with a 10 year warranty on the copper body and 5 years on the LED and electronics.
