Two Heads, One Slim Stainless Pole
A pair of adjustable spotlights sit at the top of the Hunza Pure LED Euro Twin Pole Light, on a slender 800mm stainless pole. It is built for lighting paths and low foliage without making a fuss, and you can point the heads downward when you want no light thrown upward at all. The glare guards are part of the heads. This low voltage version uses a Cree LED chip in each one.
Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel
The pole and heads are marine grade 316 stainless steel with a consistent brushed finish. Stainless can pick up a light surface tarnish in some environments, and washing it regularly keeps that in check. Prefer a metal that mellows with age? The same pole light is also made in solid copper.
How It Works
- Each arm turns 360 degrees and tilts from 0 to 90 degrees, with a glare guard built into the head.
- The Cree LED chips can be replaced. Output is 420 lumens from 4 watts at 700mA, with CRI 90 or more at 3000K.
- Order in 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, with a 15, 25, 38 or 60 degree beam and a clear or frosted lens.
- Bodies measure 44mm by 80mm. The pole is 38mm in diameter and 800mm long, and 1m of cable is supplied.
- Total forward voltage is 12V, 6V per head. Series wiring means a remote LED driver is required, sold separately.
- Dimmable if used with a suitable dimmable driver.
- IP56/IP66 rated, with 10 years of warranty and 5 years on the LED.
Where It Works Best
- Lining a gravel or paved path with a rhythm of low light
- Close to steps, where downward aimed heads keep glare out of the eyes
- Within shrub borders, lighting leaves and stems from above
- Beside a patio edge when you want light without a tall bollard
How We Plan and Install Hunza Lighting
Since 2003 Moonlight Design has worked with Hunza. We design lighting schemes for gardens, supply Hunza fittings and install them with NICEIC registered electricians. The project photographs on our Design Service page are our own completed schemes, and they show how we plan a layout, draw it up and install it. You are welcome to browse them before choosing lights for your own garden.
Good to Know
- Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
- Returns accepted within 14 days if the fitting is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
- The LED is integrated and the parts are serviceable.
- A remote LED driver is required and is sold separately. The fitting is wired in series, so the circuit should be planned before installation.
- Stainless steel may show a light surface tarnish in some places. Regular washing keeps it in check.
- We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.
