A Recessed Downlight in Solid Copper

In solid copper, the Hunza Pure LED Eave Light is a recessed downlight with the LED already built in, so you do not buy or fit a separate lamp. It sits into a soffit or eave and gives a tight, controlled pool of light straight down.

Solid Copper Finish

• The visible face is solid copper, one of Hunza's genuine solid metal finishes.
• Expect the copper to darken and develop a natural patina outdoors as it weathers, which is normal and part of how this finish ages.
• Colour swatches are available on request, as screen colours are only ever a guide.

How It Works

• An integrated Cree chip delivers 600 lumens from 6 watts, with a CRI of 90 or above at 3000K, and the chip can be replaced if it ever needs to be.
• You can specify 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, and a beam of 15, 25, 38 or 60 degrees, to match the job.
• The body is 65mm wide by 65mm deep and sits behind an 88mm round flange. Cable is fitted already, with Hunza's anti syphon barrier system.
• Low voltage and wired in series, so it relies on a compatible remote driver, which is sold separately.
• IP66 rated, and dimmable when paired with a suitable dimmable driver.
• The Pure LED range also comes in a square face, and the original Eave Light takes a changeable MR16 lamp if you would prefer one.

How We Plan and Install Hunza Lighting

Moonlight Design has worked with Hunza since 2003. We design lighting schemes for gardens, supply Hunza fittings and install them, and that is a big part of what we do. The Pure LED series is generally the one we point customers towards when they want to fit a light once and not think about lamp changes again for years. Good to Know

• Normally dispatched within 2 to 3 days; allow 3 to 5 weeks if your specification is temporarily out of stock.
• You may return it within 14 days if it is unused, uninstalled and still in its original packaging.
• Because the Cree LED is integrated, there is no separate lamp to buy.
• A remote driver that suits the fitting must be bought separately.
• The fitting carries a 10 year warranty, with 5 years on the LED.
• Fitting by a registered NICEIC electrician is recommended.

Questions People Ask

Do I still need to buy a bulb?
No, the LED is built in, so there is no lamp to buy or fit.

What is the difference between this and the original Eave Light?
This Pure LED version has the LED built in with a replaceable chip, while the original Eave Light takes a separate MR16 lamp you can swap yourself.

Will I need a transformer?
No transformer, but it does need a remote driver, which is sold separately.

Will the copper finish stay shiny?
No, solid copper is left unlacquered so it can weather and darken naturally outdoors.
