Hunza Hanging Light - Powder Coat - Low Voltage

Hang a Spotlight Where the Trees Need It

The Hunza Hanging Light is a single spotlight for hanging from trees, fences and overhangs, giving a moonlit effect from above. Here it comes in powder coated aluminium, so you can match the body to bark, fencing or painted woodwork. Cable and a stainless steel hanging wire are both supplied.

Powder Coated Aluminium in Seven Colours

The colour is baked onto aluminium, and you choose from Black, Dark Grey, White, Birch, Bronze, Olive Green and Silver Star. Colours are indicative only, and swatches are available on request. Matt Black and Matt Bronze can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Matt Olive Green, Matt White, Matt White Birch, Matt Dark Grey and Matt Silver Star are made to order and non returnable unless faulty or damaged.

How It Works

• The body is 63.5mm in diameter and 75mm long.
• Includes 3m of cable and a 3m stainless steel hanging cable.
• IP66 rated, wired in parallel, with a 5 year warranty.
• The lamp is not supplied. To keep the IP rating and warranty, fit a Hunza approved MR16 LED lamp.
• Low voltage, so it needs a transformer as well.

Where It Works Best

• Black or Dark Grey among dark foliage, where the body fades from sight
• Olive Green or Birch against bark, hedging or a painted fence
• Hung over a terrace or lawn from a high branch
• Beneath a porch roof or pergola beam to cast light downwards

How We Plan and Install Hunza Lighting

Moonlight Design has worked with Hunza since 2003. We design lighting schemes for gardens, supply Hunza fittings and install them with NICEIC registered electricians. Our Design Service page shows photographs of our own finished schemes, along with how we plan the layout and draw it up. You are welcome to browse it before you choose where lights should hang.

Good to Know

• Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
• Colour choices are indicative only, and swatches are available on request.
• Return terms depend on the colour, as set out above.
• No lamp is included, and it must be a Hunza approved LED to keep the warranty.
• It runs on low voltage, so a transformer must be part of the installation.
• We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.
