Hudson Valley Latham 1 Light Small Pendant - Aged Distressed Bronze

A compact glass globe under a dark domed cap

This small version of Latham scales the same design down to a single, more compact glass globe, capped with a dark dome banded in a contrasting metal tone where it meets the ceiling rose. It works well as a single drop or repeated in a row, without the visual weight of the larger pendant.

Aged distressed bronze finish with glass shade

The dome cap is finished in a dark, deliberately weathered bronze, banded with lighter brass toned highlights where it meets the glass. The globe itself is glass, spreading a soft, even light rather than a sharp point source, and its rounded form sits neatly beneath the darker, more structural cap above it.

How it works

Latham small takes a single E27 bulb, maximum 13W (not supplied), positioned inside the glass globe for a gentle, ambient glow. It measures around 31cm in height and 24cm in diameter, with an adjustable drop of roughly 41cm to 171cm, so it can be hung low over a table or set higher for a general room light. As a mains wired fitting it should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Its smaller scale suits kitchens and dining rooms where a single pendant or a tighter cluster is wanted, for example over a breakfast bar, small table or kitchen island. The adjustable drop allows it to be set for different ceiling heights, and its dual tone bronze and brass finish works well with warm metal accents elsewhere in the room.
