Gansevoort is built from overlapping rectangular sections of brass set at different depths, each one finished in a gradient that shifts from light to dark across the fitting. Integrated LEDs wash light across the metal itself rather than through a shade, so the ombre effect changes character depending on how the light falls across it.

The brass is treated with a deliberate ombre effect, moving from a lighter, brighter tone through to a deeper, darker one across the intersecting panels. It's a more graphic, contemporary take on brass than a single flat polish or aged finish, and it catches differently depending on the angle and the light.

How it works

Gansevoort uses a 12W integrated LED rated at 90 CRI, giving an accurate, warm 3000K light output of around 425 lumens, and is triac dimmable if paired with a compatible dimmer switch. It measures around 34cm in height and 62cm in width, projecting about 22cm from the wall, and weighs 2.2kg. As an integrated LED, mains wired fitting, it should be installed by a qualified electrician.
