Curves No.1 takes a simple curved silhouette and wraps the arms in rattan, adding a natural texture inspired by forms found in nature. Swivel joints and detailing keys make the lamp genuinely adjustable rather than fixed in one position, and a linen shade on top keeps the overall look soft and understated.

The frame is finished in aged brass, a warm, softly burnished tone, with rattan wrapped along the curved arms for texture and a linen shade above. Together the materials give the lamp a more relaxed, textural feel than a plain metal table lamp would have.

How it works

Curves No.1 takes a single E27 bulb, maximum 40W (not supplied), diffused through the linen shade. It measures around 77cm in height and 47cm in width. It comes with an 8 foot cord and an inline on and off switch on the plug, so it's ready to plug into a standard socket rather than needing to be hard wired.

Where it works best

It suits living rooms, dining rooms and hallways as a side table or console lamp, wherever a softer, more textural light is wanted alongside brass and natural materials. Its adjustable arms make it flexible for directing light where you actually need it.
