A crystal arm and linen shade, finished in aged brass
Blixen combines an elongated crystal arm with a die cast aged brass backplate, its stepped tooling adding a bit of visual rhythm to an otherwise simple silhouette. A tall off white linen shade sits at the end of the arm, with a small crystal bobeche adding a last decorative touch where shade meets arm.

The backplate and fittings are finished in aged brass, a warm, softly burnished metal tone, paired with a faceted crystal arm that catches the light and a plain off white linen shade that keeps the overall look calm rather than ornate.
How it works
Blixen takes a single E14 bulb rated up to 60W (not supplied), diffused through the linen shade for a soft, warm glow. It measures around 53.3cm in height and 15.24cm in diameter, projecting about 16.5cm from the wall. As a mains wired fitting it should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Where it works best
It suits living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways where a single, elegant accent light is wanted, beside a bed, either side of a mirror, or along a hallway wall. The mix of crystal, brass and linen sits well in traditional and transitional interiors built around warm metals and soft furnishings.
