Hudson Valley Amherst 2 Light Wall Sconce Light - Aged Brass

Amherst's two light version doubles up the collection's tall, tapered torch arms on a single backplate, each topped with a crystal bobeche and a white fabric shade. Spaced along a horizontal line rather than stacked, it reads as a wider, more substantial version of the single arm design.

Both arms are finished in aged brass, a warm, softly burnished metal tone that pairs naturally with dark paint, panelling and traditional joinery. The two white fabric shades diffuse the light gently, while the crystal bobeche accents at their base add a small faceted sparkle.

How it works

Amherst 2 Light takes two E14 bulbs rated up to 40W each (not supplied), each seated within its own fabric shade for an even, ambient glow across the fitting. It measures around 47.6cm in height, 33cm in width and projects about 14cm from the wall. As a mains wired fitting it should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

It suits living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways where a wider accent light is wanted, above a console table, centred over a headboard, or as a pair either side of a fireplace. The aged brass and crystal detailing work well in traditional rooms built around warm metals.
