White brings a different mood to the largest Drum shape: instead of amber warmth, the knife cut cardboard shade diffuses light into a softer, brighter glow suited to pale, contemporary interiors that want scale without heaviness. At 92cm in diameter, it's built for rooms with genuine presence, a stairwell, an open plan living and dining space, or a hotel lobby where guests look up. Each shade is hand assembled from reclaimed corrugated cardboard and finished white, bonded with non-toxic adhesive and treated with a non-toxic fire retardant in keeping with Graypants' responsible materials ethos. A glass diffuser fitted within the shade smooths the light further and helps distribute it evenly across the room below. Hardwired by an electrician, with drop length adjustable on site.
