Graypants Roest Ceiling 20 - Rust

Named for the Dutch word for rust, the Roest Ceiling 20 pendant wears its oxidisation openly. This compact steel shade is left to weather naturally, then sealed so the rich rust patina stops exactly where you want it, no two shades ageing quite alike. Developed with Dutch design studio VanJoost and hand finished at Graypants' Amsterdam workshop, its smaller scale makes it a natural fit for clustering, three or five hung together over a kitchen island, staggered along a stairwell, or paired above a bedside table. The raw, industrial texture sits comfortably in Scandinavian, Japandi and contemporary interiors that favour honest materials over ornament. Hardwired to a ceiling canopy on an adjustable black cord, it takes a dimmable LED for a warm, considered glow.
