A single bronze sconce with Arts and Crafts banding
The Feiss Fusion Single Wall Light brings the collection's Arts and Crafts banding to a compact wall sconce, with vertical and horizontal linear detailing wrapped around a single Amber Ribbed glass shade.
Grecian bronze finish
In Grecian Bronze, the banded frame has a deep, aged tone that sits comfortably against the warm amber tint of the ribbed glass, giving this single light a more traditional character than the brass finished wall lights in the range. It suits a hallway, landing or either side of a fireplace.
How it works
This wall light doesn't come with a bulb, so you'll need to add one to your order. Moonlight Design recommends that all lighting should be installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.
Where it works best
Being a single light design, it suits a narrower wall or a spot where a pair or a larger fitting would be too much, such as a hallway, landing or bedroom. It's an indoor fitting, so keep it to living spaces rather than anywhere exposed to the weather.
The story behind Feiss
Fusion's design language comes from the Arts & Crafts movement, its vertical and horizontal linear banding built to suit both traditional and modern rooms alike. The Feiss name behind it began decades earlier, in 1955, when Murray Feiss opened a small lighting business in the South Bronx, New York, wiring imported European porcelain figurines into lamp bases with shades hand sewn by his mother, Rose. Three generations of family ownership grew that business into one of America's best known decorative lighting names, its range eventually spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, now sitting within Visual Comfort & Co. Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting collections including Fusion for 220 to 240V electrical systems, this single wall light shown here in Grecian Bronze.
