The gold finish

This version pairs the frosted white glass with a warm gold metal collar and backplate, a combination that feels softer and more inviting than a cooler metal would. The brushed gold catches ambient light during the day and turns honeyed once the lamp is lit, which makes it a natural fit alongside warm woods, cream and stone tones, brass tapware and other golden accents. It is the most decorative of the Moy finishes, where the chrome reads crisp and the bronze reads darker and more traditional. How it works

Moy uses an integrated LED rated at 4W with a warm 3000K colour temperature, so the light it gives is gentle and relaxing rather than clinical. The LED module is built in and is not a replaceable bulb, which means there is nothing to buy separately and nothing to change over its life. It is not a dimmable fitting, so it runs at a single, settled warm level. The fitting is hardwired and can be mounted either on a wall or on a ceiling, giving you flexibility over how and where it sits. Where it works best

Because it is sealed to IP44, Moy is suitable for use in a bathroom as well as in drier rooms, so you can run the same fitting from the hallway through to the en suite for a joined up look.
