Two G9 lamp holders are set behind the glass rod detailing, each taking a bulb up to 10W (bulbs not included), spreading light evenly across the fitting rather than throwing a single bright point. It's built to Class I electrical standards, meaning it needs to be earthed as part of installation. With an IP44 rating, it's protected against water splashing from any direction, so it can sit safely near a basin or shower area.
