Fabula Norton Round Bathroom Ceiling Light - Brass & Clear Diamond Pattern Glass IP44

Textured Clear Glass in a Slim Brass Drum

Where the alabaster versions glow softly, this brass finish flush ceiling light uses clear glass with a fine, dimpled texture. The glass wraps around the sides and sits under the light as a flat disc, and the lamps show through as a gentle sparkle. At 13cm high it keeps close to the ceiling, and the IP44 rating means it can go in a bathroom.

Choosing Your Glass and Finish

Clear diamond pattern glass lets you see the lamps and the brass inside, so this one feels more open and decorative than the stone effect options. Brass picks up the warm glow of the lamps and suits golden taps and warm tiles. If you prefer a softer, more even light, look at the brown or grey faux alabaster versions of the same round light. Painted bronze and satin nickel finishes are available too, and the Norton range also has a square ceiling light and a rectangular wall light.

Sizes and Specifications

How It Works

Pick the 25cm size for two E14 lamps or the 40cm size for four. Because the glass is clear, the lamps are visible, so choose a shape and warmth of lamp you like the look of. Lamps are not included. The light dims when you use suitable dimmable lamps with a compatible dimmer. This is a Class I fitting and it requires an earth connection. We would always recommend having it installed by a qualified electrician.

Where It Works Best

This IP44 ceiling light is suitable for bathroom use, and our guide to bathroom lighting zones shows where fittings with this rating can be installed. The clear glass catches the light nicely over a mirror wall, a vanity area or a pale tiled bathroom. It is just as happy in a hallway, a landing or a small kitchen where headroom is limited. Choose 25cm for a compact space and 40cm for a roomier one.
