This brass bathroom wall light is a slim, upright box of brass finish bars holding panels of brown faux alabaster glass. In the product photos the glass glows a warm amber and shows golden brown veining, a bit like polished stone. It is rated IP44, so it is made for bathrooms. Please note the larger version stands 75cm tall, so it makes a real statement on a wall.

Choosing Your Finish and Glass

Brass is the warmest of the three Norton finishes, and here it sits with the most strongly marked of the three glass options. Together they give a rich, honeyed look that suits golden taps, natural stone and warm neutral walls. If you would like something paler, the same Norton wall light also comes with grey faux alabaster or clear diamond pattern glass, and in painted bronze or satin nickel. How It Works

Each fitting uses E14 lamps rather than built in LEDs, so you choose the lamps. The 40cm size has 2 lamp holders and the 75cm size is listed with 3 to 4. It can be dimmed when you fit suitable dimmable lamps and a compatible dimmer. The fitting itself is not switched, so it is controlled from your wall switch. This is a Class I fitting and it requires an earth connection. We would always recommend having it installed by a qualified electrician.
