This two light wall lamp from the Harwater range pairs a slim anthracite body with a smoked polycarbonate diffuser wrapped around it, casting light both up and down the wall at once. Choosing Your Finish

This version comes in a dark anthracite with the matching smoked diffuser, giving it a fairly stealthy look during the day that comes to life once lit. How It Works

It takes two E27 lamps, rated to 20W maximum each and not included, so you will need to source these separately. Dimming is possible if you fit dimmable bulbs alongside a compatible dimmer switch. It is wired to Class I standards, requiring an earth connection during installation. The IP54 rating protects against dust ingress and splashing water from any direction, which is exactly the sort of exposure a fitting on an exterior wall will face.

Where It Works Best

Being rated for outdoor use, this light suits porches, entrances and patios where it will be exposed to rain and passing weather. Since the IP54 rating clears the bar of IP44 or above, it is also technically fine to fit indoors in bathroom zones 1 and 2, covered in our guide to bathroom lighting zones, although its main job here is lighting an entrance or garden wall.
