How It Works

The light source is a built in LED, rated at 10W and putting out around 1598 lumens at a warm 3000K, so there's no separate bulb to buy or replace. It isn't dimmable, and it's wired to Class I standards, meaning it needs an earth connection when it's installed. With an IP65 rating it's sealed well enough to resist low pressure water jets from any direction, which is what makes it happy on an exposed exterior wall.

Where It Works Best

This one is built with outdoor spots in mind, so think front entrances, porches, garden walls or anywhere else exposed to the weather. Thanks to that IP65 rating it also holds up well enough for bathroom zones 1 and 2, so it can double up indoors near a shower or basin if you'd rather use it there. Design Details

Built from die cast aluminium with a polycarbonate diffuser, this fitting is made to stand up to knocks and damp conditions without the finish degrading quickly. The flush, low profile shape keeps the design understated, letting the frosted glow do the work rather than an elaborate frame.
