It's built around a single E27 tubular bulb, 20W maximum, 185mm long, which isn't included so you'll need to pick one up separately. It's dimmable provided you use dimmable bulbs alongside a compatible dimmer switch. The wiring meets Class I standard, which means it needs an earth connection as part of a proper installation. Its IP44 rating protects it against water splashing from any direction, making it suitable for use somewhere it might catch the odd splash.
