This flush ceiling fitting keeps a low profile while still giving off a full, even light. A satin nickel frame holds two slim, grooved tubular glass shades that diffuse the glow rather than throwing it in a single direction, so it works well in rooms where a hanging pendant would feel out of place.

Choosing Your Finish

Here it's finished in satin nickel, a soft, brushed metal tone that stays neutral against most wall colours and existing fittings. If satin nickel isn't quite what you're after, this design is also available in other finishes across the range, so you can pick whichever suits the room.

How It Works

It takes two E27 tubular bulbs, 20W maximum each and 185mm long, sold separately. It's dimmable if you fit dimmable bulbs and use it with a compatible dimmer switch. Wiring is to Class I standard, so it needs an earth connection. With an IP44 rating, it's protected against water splashing from any angle, which covers everything from a splashback near a basin to general everyday knocks and spills.

Where It Works Best

Being IP44 rated, this light is suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2, so it can go directly above a bath or sink area.
