Appleby is a bit of a statement piece, built around a matt black central frame that hosts a cluster of antique brass tubes arranged in a deliberately irregular way, almost like a small pile of pipes caught mid tumble. Cognac glass shades soften the overall effect and add warmth to the metalwork.
As a 2 light wall lamp, it throws enough light for a hallway, living room, or bedroom wall where you want something more sculptural than a standard bracket light. It reads almost like a piece of wall art when unlit, then comes into its own once switched on, making it a good pick if you want your wall lighting to do more than just illuminate.
