Two E27 lamp holders sit inside the fitting, each rated up to 20W (GLS shape, bulbs not included), and it's dimmable as long as you fit dimmable bulbs alongside a compatible dimmer. It's built to Class I electrical standards, meaning it must be earthed as part of installation. The IP44 rating protects it against splashing water from any direction, so it can handle a bit of steam and moisture.
