An open crown shape
Like its gold patina sibling, this six light chandelier is built around a wide ring worked with cross and fleur cut outs, with six scrolled arms reaching out to hold candle style lamps. Ball finials mark the ends of the arms, and a single drop hangs from the centre of the basket beneath.
Graphite finish
This version is finished in a dark graphite rather than gold, giving it a heavier, more wrought iron look. There's no crystal detailing here, so the shape of the metalwork carries the design on its own.
How it works
Six E14 candle bulbs light the fitting from the open arms, and the chain adjusts to give a drop of roughly 112cm to 258cm, so it can be set high over a table or dropped lower for a stairwell.
Where it works best
The graphite finish suits a more rustic or traditional country kitchen than a formal dining room, though it holds its own just as well in a farmhouse style hallway or over a long refectory table.
