A lantern that leans into the wind

The Kinsale Single Wall Lantern hangs from a curved black arm, its six sided head tapering down to a small finial below. That downward hang is a classic look for cottages and coastal houses, casting light onto the step or path beneath rather than out at eye level.

Black polymer, built to shrug off the weather

It is made from black polymer with clear polycarbonate panels rather than glass, chosen specifically because it will not corrode or crack the way metal and glass lanterns can when they are fixed somewhere exposed. The wall bracket, arm and lantern head all share the same matte black finish.

How it works

One E27 bulb sits inside, visible through the faceted clear panels, and dimmable bulbs can be fitted if you want more control over the brightness on the wall.

Where it works best

Its downward facing head makes it a natural choice either side of a front door or porch, along a boundary wall, or anywhere you want light pooling near ground level rather than glaring across a garden. The polymer construction was designed for coastal and other exposed sites, so it takes wind and salt air in its stride.
