Somewhere between short and tall

The Glenbeigh pillar lantern splits the difference between the low pedestal and the full height post, standing a little over a metre on a slender black stem with the same crisp white globe on top. It has enough height to anchor a path or entrance without dominating it.

Weatherproof by design

Stem and globe cage are black polymer, the diffuser an opal polycarbonate, chosen because neither rusts, flakes nor cracks the way metal and glass can over time outdoors. Wiring runs to Class II double insulated standards.

How it works

Wired for one E27 bulb, dimmable if you fit a dimmable lamp, and finished with a hexagonal base for a stable footing wherever it is installed.

Where it works best

Good for flanking a front path, marking the corners of a driveway, or spacing out along a garden boundary where a run of matching lights is more useful than a single tall one.
