Cheadle pairs a scrolled chrome arm with a wide opal glass shade that tips upward, throwing light onto the ceiling as well as back down into the room. Turned detailing along the column and a ribbed collar under the glass give it the look of a period fitting rather than a plain modern bracket.

This version is finished in a bright, mirror polished chrome that catches the light rather than absorbing it, so the fitting reads as a genuine feature against tiles or a painted wall. It sits naturally alongside chrome taps, towel rails and mirror frames already common in a bathroom.

How It Works

A single G9 bulb sits inside the opal glass shade, which diffuses the light rather than exposing the bulb directly, so it stays comfortable to have running close to a mirror. The bulb isn't supplied, and the fitting takes a dimmable G9 if you want to bring the light down for the evening.

Where It Works Best

Cheadle works well fitted in pairs, one either side of a mirror or medicine cabinet, or on its own above a basin in a smaller bathroom or cloakroom with a traditional leaning scheme.
