The mid height option in the Chapel line

Shorter than the full lamp post but still a genuine standing light rather than something mounted to brick or stone, the Pillar Lantern runs the lantern head up a plain round column onto a simple stepped base. It's the fitting to reach for when a full height post would tower over a small border but a low pedestal wouldn't do the job.

Black cast, clear glazed

The lantern head keeps the peaked roof and single finial you'll see across the range, cast in black die cast aluminium with clear glass around the lamp chamber so the light itself is on show rather than diffused.

How it works

It runs on a single E27 bulb, so you decide whether that's a warm filament lamp or a cooler LED, and it will dim on a compatible switch if you fit a dimmable bulb.

Where it works best

Free standing and built for the ground rather than a wall, it suits smaller front gardens, the edge of a patio or a spot beside steps where a full size lamp post would be too much but a light at ground level wouldn't be seen at all.
