The Diyas IL30582 Amano is built around a single, generously sized block of faceted crystal, held by three sculpted stainless steel bands finished in polished chrome. It is a compact pendant that behaves like a piece of jewellery for the ceiling, throwing scattered light in every direction from just one point.

Here the Amano appears in polished chrome, giving the steel bands a bright, mirror like sparkle that plays well against the crystal. Other finishes are available across the range, so it is worth matching your choice to the metalwork already in the room, whether that is warm or cool toned.

How It Works

The fitting takes 1 x G9 LED bulb, maximum 33w, which is not included and will need to be bought separately. It does not have an integrated LED, so you can choose your own colour temperature, and it is compatible with a dimmer switch without needing a separate adapter.

Where It Works Best

A 1.5 metre cable allows the drop to be set anywhere between 23cm and 173cm, which makes this Amano equally suited to a hallway ceiling, above a kitchen worktop, beside a bed, or clustered in twos and threes over a dining table.
