The tubular shape of this Dene pendant is finished in smooth opal glass, which spreads the light evenly and softly rather than letting it shine directly through, unlike the clearer or tinted glass options in the range. It's fitted to a satin black holder and designed for a single E27 lamp.
With its IP44 rating, this pendant is suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2, and works just as well in a hallway, bedroom, or living room. Because the opal glass diffuses light so evenly, it's a sensible choice where you want gentle, glare free lighting rather than a strong feature glow, such as beside a mirror or above a landing.
