The frame on this Dene pendant is finished in satin black, topped with a round glass shade pressed into a crisscross pattern that catches the light nicely as it passes through the clear glass. It runs on a single E27 lamp holder, leaving you free to fit whatever bulb suits the mood, from a warm filament style to a brighter everyday option. The rounded shape gives it a slightly softer, more traditional feel than a plain tube or cone.
Rated IP44, it is suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2, along with kitchens, hallways, living rooms and bedrooms. The textured glass throws a gentle dappled light across the ceiling and walls, which makes it a nice option above a dining table or in a reading corner.
