A single G9 bulb, 10W maximum, powers the fitting and isn't included, leaving you to choose the warmth of light that suits the amber glass best. It's dimmable as long as you fit dimmable G9 lamps and a compatible dimmer switch. The wiring meets Class I standards, so an earth connection is required, and the IP44 rating means it can handle water splashing onto it from any direction.
