The dune effect glass on this Dene wall light has a faintly uneven, sand textured surface that takes the sharpness off clear glass while still letting plenty of light through. Set on the familiar curved satin black arm, it strikes a nice middle ground between a fully clear shade and something more heavily patterned.

How It Works

A single G9 bulb, 10W maximum, is required, and it isn't supplied with the fitting. It's dimmable when fitted with a dimmable G9 bulb and used alongside a compatible dimmer switch. The electrical class is Class I, which means the fitting needs an earth connection as part of installation. Its IP44 rating protects it against water splashing from any direction, so it can be positioned somewhere that occasionally gets a little damp.

Given its IP44 rating, this light is suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2, which makes it a sensible option beside a mirror or above a basin.
