It is rated IP44, which means it is suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2, so you can fit it near a basin or shower without worry. It also works well in hallways, bedrooms and landings where you want a subtle wall or ceiling light that does not draw too much attention to itself while still giving good, even light.
