Movement in the Glass
The glass shades on this two light fitting are finished with a swirl texture, giving them a bit more visual movement than a plain round shade, while the polished nickel frame keeps the overall design in line with the rest of the range. It's built to be fitted either up on the ceiling or across on a wall.
Choosing Your Finish
The frame is finished in a bright, polished nickel that sits comfortably in most schemes, whether contemporary or a touch more traditional. If swirl glass or nickel isn't the exact look you're after, other finishes and glass styles are available elsewhere in the range.
How It Works
Two lamp holders sit inside the fitting, one per glass shade, and it can be wired for a ceiling or wall installation. Bulbs are not included, so you'll need to add your own to match the lamp holders. It has an IP44 rating, meaning it's protected against water splashed from any direction, a level of protection suited to slightly damper rooms.
Where It Works Best
With that IP44 rating, this fitting is suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2, so it works well above a sink or beside a mirror. Design Details
This fitting is part of the Dene range, where a consistent nickel frame is paired with different textured glass shades. The swirl pattern here breaks up the light source a little more than some of the other options in the range, giving a softer and more varied spread of light across the shade.
