The Halo is a wall light finished in anthracite grey that creates a soft 360 degree glow around the fitting, aimed at making an entrance feel welcoming rather than simply lighting the door. It runs at 12W with a 110 degree beam, and the colour temperature is switchable on site between 3000K at 1250 lumens, 4000K at 1300 lumens or 5700K at 1350 lumens, working out at around 104 to 113 lumens per watt. Collingwood sets it to 3000K as standard to limit blue light spill at night.
It's IP65 and IK10 rated, so it copes with knocks as well as weather, and it's wired straight to the mains with no separate driver needed, though it isn't dimmable. This version comes with an integral microwave sensor, which switches the light off during daylight and when nothing's moving nearby to save energy, useful on a commercial entrance that doesn't need to run all night.
It's Class II rated with an 80 CRI and comes with a 5 year warranty. An eyelid accessory is available separately if you want to adjust the visible spread of the halo effect.
