This is the fixed, double head version of Collingwood's 1901 downlight, built as one trimless plate holding two separate LED heads. There's no visible bezel or trim ring, just a clean recess in the ceiling with the two light sources sitting flush. Because the heads are fixed rather than adjustable, they point straight down and stay that way, which suits a tidy, architectural ceiling line more than a fitting you plan to redirect later.

All white, aluminium build

This version comes in an all white finish on an aluminium body, so it sits quietly against a white or light ceiling rather than standing out as a fitting in its own right. Two 9.6W LED engines are built into the single plate, giving 19.2W combined output from one fitting.

How It Works

• Each head takes a 70 to 90mm cut out, with the two heads set 130mm apart in one continuous plate.
• Choose 2700K extra warm white, 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white, or a Dim to Warm option that fades down to 1800K as it dims, all at CRI90+.
• Beam angle options are 12°, 24° or 50°, so a narrower spot or a wider spread can be chosen to suit the ceiling height and the job the light is doing.
• Dimming is handled by mains, 1-10V or DALI, depending on the driver variant chosen, with the driver supplied and wired in via cable rather than sold separately.

The double head format suits spots where one fitting needs to cover a slightly wider area than a single downlight can, such as over a run of kitchen units, along a hallway, or above a stairwell. It also works well in offices and dining rooms where an even, architectural spread of light matters more than a single strong beam. The IP65 version is rated for bathroom zone 1, so it can go over a shower or bath as well as in the drier zones of a bathroom, kitchen or utility room. The IP44 version is intended for general living spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms and hallways rather than zones where it will be splashed directly.
