A Wall Light That Multiplies Into Light Panels

The Tria 02 is a small wall light built as part of a modular system, so a single fitting can be mounted on its own or connected edge to edge into a longer run of light. Its front panel sits just off the wall and moves subtly, catching light and shadow across its organic, rounded shape rather than sitting flat and static.

Natural Oak or White Satin Lacquer

The Tria 02 comes in two finishes. Natural oak gives the front panel a warm, grained texture that reads as timber even once lit from behind. White satin lacquer trades that texture for a smooth, softly reflective surface that sits quietly against a painted wall. Both sit on the same aluminium internal structure, so the choice really comes down to which finish suits the room.

How It Works

Light comes from an integrated LED (13W, 1440 lumens, 2700K warm white, 90 CRI) that isn't visible directly. It diffuses through the moving front panel, throwing a soft glow and shifting shadow across the wall around it rather than a hard beam. The Tria 02 is Triac dimmable and connects to the wall through a single fixing point, so it works as one fitting or as several linked into a wider light panel. Moonlight Design recommends that all lighting is installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where It Works Best

Its scale and soft glow suit hallways, living rooms and bedrooms where you want ambient light with texture rather than a bright, direct source. Because it can be mounted singly or repeated, it also works well grouped along a corridor or reception wall, wherever a run of light panels would suit the space better than one fixture.
