The Walton 6 light pendant gathers six curved arms around a single ceiling rose, each one dressed with a clear glass shade over the bulb holder. It takes the shape of a traditional chandelier but keeps things feeling current, since the slim antique brass plate arms and clear glass stop the whole fitting from ever looking heavy or fussy, even with six lights running off it.

The frame is finished in antique brass plate, a warm, slightly aged tone rather than a bright polished gold, and each arm carries a clear glass shade that lets the bulb do the work without hiding it away. Steel gives the arms their structure while the glass keeps the fitting visually open, so it tends to sit well against warm wood furniture, dark paint colours, or plaster and neutral walls where a bit of metal shine adds contrast without dominating the room.
How it works
This pendant takes 6 x 6W E14 candle bulbs, which are not supplied, so you can choose the colour temperature and style that suits the room. It's wired to a single ceiling rose and, because it's a mains wired fitting, we'd always recommend having it installed by a registered NICEIC electrician rather than tackling the wiring yourself. The fitting weighs 4.2 kg, so it's worth checking that your ceiling fixing point can comfortably take the weight before installation. Dimming is possible, but only if you fit dimmable bulbs.
Where it works best
With six arms and a fairly generous spread, this pendant works best as a real focal point rather than background lighting, over a dining table, as the main fitting in a living room, or hung in a bedroom or hallway where there's enough headroom for the adjustable drop. The clear glass shades mean it throws light outward as well as down, which suits rooms where you want a bit of sparkle in the evening as well as usable light.
