Utopia Swirl Single Wall Light - Verdigris Bronze Plate & Clear Glass

Same silhouette, different mood. Instead of brass, this Swirl wall light is finished in verdigris bronze, a cooler, weathered patina with blue green tones breaking through a darker bronze base, paired with plain clear glass.

Verdigris is the blue green patina that naturally forms on aged bronze and copper, and this finish is worked by hand to recreate that weathered look, so colouring and patterning vary slightly between individual pieces rather than sitting perfectly uniform. Clear glass over the bulb keeps the finish itself as the main event rather than adding further texture.

How it works

It takes one E27 GLS bulb, sold separately, and is dimmable when paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch. At 25.5cm high, 14cm wide, and projecting 13.8cm from the wall, it is a compact fitting suited to tighter spaces. It is a Class II fitting that may need simple assembly on arrival, and we would recommend having it wired in by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where it works best

Being IP20 rated, it is suited to dry indoor rooms. The darker, aged tone works particularly well against deeper paint colours, exposed brick or reclaimed wood, where a brighter brass or nickel finish might look too crisp.
