This version is finished in antique brass, paired with glass detailing across the arms. The warm, slightly weathered brass tone sits comfortably in both traditional and more transitional schemes, and because finishes like this are applied and detailed by hand, expect a little gentle variation from piece to piece rather than a flat, uniform sheen. Built from steel and glass, it has the weight and solidity you'd want from a fitting of this scale.

How it works

The chandelier takes 8 x E14 candle bulbs, or LED equivalents, which are not supplied, so you can choose the warmth and brightness that suits the room. It's dimmable, provided you fit dimmable bulbs and pair the fitting with a compatible dimmer switch. The drop is adjustable from around 62cm up to 207.6cm, so it can be set for a standard ceiling or dropped lower over a table. As with any mains wired pendant, installation should be carried out by a registered NICEIC electrician. At roughly 10.7kg, it's also worth checking that your ceiling fixing point is solid enough to take the weight before installation. This fitting carries an IP20 rating, which means it's designed for normal dry indoor rooms rather than areas exposed to moisture.

Thanks to its scale and the way it catches light, this chandelier suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways particularly well, anywhere with enough ceiling height to let the arms and adjustable drop do their job. It also works nicely positioned centrally over a kitchen island, where its shape becomes a natural centrepiece without overwhelming the space.
