The Utopia Oblong Table Lamp takes its name from its shade, a framed, rectangular shape rather than the round drum you'll see on most table lamps. It's a single light lamp with a slightly more architectural line than a typical bedside or console lamp, without straying into anything too stark or modern.

The Satin Nickel and Natural Shade Finish

This version combines a satin nickel frame and base with a natural, neutral toned fabric shade. The steel frame gives it a cool, understated edge, while the fabric shade softens the light it casts and adds a bit of texture and warmth. Since the shade is fabric, expect some gentle natural variation in the weave from lamp to lamp, it's part of the material rather than a flaw. How the Table Lamp Works

It takes a single 10W LED bulb with an E27 fitting; the bulb itself is not supplied, so you'll need to add one before switching it on. There's no integrated LED and no dimming function, so it works as a straightforward on and off table lamp rather than one with adjustable brightness. It's built to Class II, double insulated standard, so no earth connection is required. As it's designed to plug into a standard wall socket, there's no hardwiring involved, simply fit a bulb, position the lamp, and plug it in.
