Utopia Lume 2 Light Wall Light - Brushed Aged Brass & Clear Glass

The Utopia Lume 2 Light Wall Light brings a soft, layered glow to a hallway, living room or bedroom wall. Two arms hold vertical rods of clear glass, so the light spreads gently along the wall rather than throwing a single hard beam, and the fitting sits close enough to the wall that it works well in narrower spaces too.

Brushed aged brass and clear glass

This version is finished in brushed aged brass, a warm, slightly weathered metal tone that pairs easily with both traditional and contemporary decor. Because the finish is applied by hand, expect some gentle variation from piece to piece, which is part of what gives it a more considered look than a flat, uniform metal. The clear glass rods are double layered, adding a bit of texture and sparkle to the light without it feeling fussy.

How it works

The fitting takes two E14 LED bulbs, each rated at 7W, and the bulbs themselves are not supplied so you can choose the warmth and brightness that suits the room. It is dimmable, provided you fit dimmable bulbs and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch. As with any mains wired wall light, installation should be carried out by a registered NICEIC electrician. The fitting is Class II, and measures 18cm high by 30cm wide, projecting 15.2cm from the wall.

Where it works best

With an IP20 rating, this light is designed for dry indoor rooms rather than bathrooms or anywhere damp. It works particularly well in hallways, living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms, either as a single fitting or in a pair either side of a mirror, doorway or bed.
