The Finesse 7 Light Cascade Ceiling Pendant is built around seven glass shades set at staggered heights, so instead of one flat cluster of lights you get a gentle stepped effect that gives the fitting real presence overhead. It's designed as a statement piece for a room where the light itself is meant to be noticed, whether that's above a dining table or in a hallway or living space with a bit of height to work with.

This finish: antique brass and clear glass

This version combines a steel frame in an antique brass finish with seven clear glass shades. The brass is aged by hand, so expect some gentle variation in tone from piece to piece rather than a perfectly uniform surface, which is part of what gives an antique finish its character. The clear glass leaves each bulb fully visible, so the shape and warmth of the bulbs you choose become part of the look rather than being hidden away.

How it works

The pendant takes 7 x 10W LED E27 bulbs, which are not supplied, so you can pick the tone and brightness that suits the room. It works with dimmer switches, but only if you fit dimmable bulbs, standard LEDs will not dim smoothly. Electrically it is Class I, which means it must be properly earthed, so we would always recommend having it installed by a registered NICEIC electrician rather than fitting it yourself. The drop is adjustable from around 191cm to 231cm, with an overall diameter of about 48cm, individual shades roughly 22cm tall, and a width across the shades of between about 10cm and 16cm, so there is some flexibility to set the height to suit your ceiling and table below.

As this is rated IP20, it's designed for dry indoor rooms only.
