The Finesse 13 Light Cascade Ceiling Pendant is built around a tumbling, multi arm design, with clear ribbed glass shades falling at varying heights from a central frame. Rather than a single neat tier, the arms spread out and drop unevenly, giving the fitting real presence when it hangs in a space with some height to work with. It's a statement piece rather than a background light, and one that rewards being seen from below as well as from the side.

Bright nickel and ribbed glass

This version pairs a bright nickel frame with clear ribbed glass shades. The nickel gives the arms a cool, reflective finish that picks up whatever light is in the room, while the ribbed texture on the glass softens and scatters the light from each bulb rather than showing it as a single bright point. Built from steel and glass, it sits comfortably alongside other polished metal fittings, brassware or mirrors finished in a similar tone.

How it works

The pendant takes 13 x 10W LED E27 bulbs, which are not supplied, so you'll need to add your own to suit the brightness and warmth you want. It's dimmable, provided you fit dimmable bulbs and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch. Electrically it's rated Class I. As with any mains wired pendant, it's worth having it installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where it works best

With a height range of roughly 337 to 377cm and a diameter of around 58cm, this is a pendant for a space with some drop to spare, a hallway with a high ceiling being a natural fit. As it carries an IP20 rating, it's designed for dry indoor rooms rather than anywhere damp or steamy.
