A Small Glass Drop Table Lamp for Bedsides and Shelves
The Tooy Stilla Table Lamp is designed by Fabio Fantolino and is the smallest piece in the Stilla family, with the same metal frame and white glass diffuser that seems to cradle a drop of water. It is roughly 21cm wide and 17cm high, so it makes a neat bedside table lamp, a lamp for a sideboard or a soft accent on a shelf.
Bronze or Satin Nickel
Bronze is dark and grounded, and it looks good on walnut, oak and painted dark furniture. Satin Nickel is lighter and cooler, which works on glass, marble and pale wood. The white glass glows softly in either finish.
How it works
A single 6.5W LED is built in at 2700K, giving around 1300 lumens of warm white light, so there is no bulb to buy. It comes with a 150cm cable. We do not have confirmed dimming or switch details for this model, so please ask us if either matters to you. A qualified electrician should always install this fitting.
Where it works best
Use it either side of a bed, on a console in a hallway or on a desk where you want gentle light rather than task light. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.
The story behind Tooy
Tooy was started in 2015 by Valeria Giacomozzi and Valerio Tidei in the Marche region of Italy. It began as a spin off from Gibas, the Giacomozzi family lighting company that has made tailor made lighting in Marche since 1959. Corrado Dotti has been creative director since 2017, and Tooy's lamps are made in Italy.
